Terms & Conditions

• Bougainvillea Relais room rates are inclusive of breakfast, WIFI connection, service and 10% VAT. Daily cleaning, daily changing of towels, change of sheets, complimentary toiletries, heating and air-conditioning.

• A tourist tax of € 4,00 per person per night is not included and must be paid in cash on arrival. The tourist tax is compulsory for all guests over 18 years of age staying in Sorrento between 01 April and 30 October.
• Bougainvillea Relais is Deluxe B&B Adults only.

• Smoking is not allowed in our rooms and food and drinks must not be taken inside.

• Check-in is 14.00-20.00. Please give at least 24 hours warning of arrivals outside these times.

• Check-out is before 10.30

• Pets are not allowed at Bougainvillea Relais.

 BOOKING CONDITIONS

Credit card details are required for booking guarantee purposes only.
No charges will be made to the provided credit card.

After receiving the booking request, you will be sent the details needed to complete the payment.

The booking will be considered confirmed only upon receipt of a deposit equal to 30% of the total stay, payable by bank transfer or credit card.
The balance must be paid within 14 days prior to the arrival date.


 CANCELLATION POLICY

Free cancellation up to 14 days before arrival, with full refund of the deposit paid.

For cancellations made after this period, no-shows, or early departures, no refund will be issued.

CONDITION OF RESERVATION
The reservation will be considered confirmed only if guaranteed by the credit card details provided by you, or by receiving the 30% deposit sent by bank transfer. The request for credit card details is done only as a guarantee of the reservation.
Your card will not be charged anything except for the cases indicated in the "CANCELLATION TERMS".

CANCELLATION TERMS
Free cancellation if made up to 7 days before arrival. For cancellations after this deadline, no show or early departure, the total cost of the stay will be charged.
